Dear Sirs,**On April ** I cancelled through, as per instructions from Hotels.com through a link my booking with reservation *************. I had to cancel the booking due to Corona. The expected admin time to get my money and rewards point back is apparently ** day's. The ** day's are more then over even if you would count it as ** working day's and I still do not have the reward points back. I completelly understand the working preasure to admin all the cancelations but almost * months is far out of any tollerance. *I ask you to give me the status of the cancelation and more important my refund of the money and more important the reward points as I like to make another booking with those points.**Looking forward to your response**Dave Keijzer
