Help with my Hotels.com issue

I have been sending emails upon emails to you company because ypu have made an in correct booking. I do not get any response from you:*Booking ref: *************I booked * room for * adults. Myself, my husband and daughter. as soon as the confirmation came through I saw that the room was for * adults only. I immediately emailed Hotels.com. after several no replies from your Co I phoned the Hotel and was told that they do have * room left, but I have to make arrangemants with you. WHAT MUST I DO NOW. There is a no cancellaion on that booking and the reservation was paid in full???????????*Lorette Oostenbrink

I Googled the local telephone number of Hotels,com. the call was forwarded to somewhere in India. The problem was solved while I was put on hold.*I was very surprised that the operator was super kind and went out of his way to fix the problem. Thank you
