The issue in GetHuman-prmri's own words
I booked the Riu Palace Tropical Bay* Negril Jamaica for Jan **-** ****. on Hotels.com. I realized I had booked a jr suite instead of a suite and went right back and booked a suite. When I got to the hotel they said it was booked for only * person. For some reason your site changed the * of passengers from * to *. That had never occurred to me before on your site. Nevertheless, they charged us an additional $**** which combined with what we had already paid, brought the room rate to $*** per night. At the time their rack rate was $***. I have written to Riu and they refuse to help me because I booked through you. They say you are my ‘tour operator” and the only ones that can help me. I have stressed to them that my issue is with them since they are the ones that charged us the $****. I understood I would be charged for * but it should have been approx $****.*Can you help or will you try to send me back to Riu who already have said “too bad”.**Thank you,*Patricia Martin, loyal customer
