My booking number was ************ for Good morning hotel Arlanda, Stockholm, check in day **.**.****. My Norwegian flight D**** was cancelled due technical problem for the same day and no alternative flights available so I was no other choice than cancel this reservation about * hours before my planned arrval to hotel via hotels.com online phone service, cancellation was accepted.I also made a direct phone call to hotel itself booking was for and they also accepted late cancelletation because of flight problems, they also saw that cancellation was confirmed by you (hotels.com). Anyways, I haven't received any e-mail about the refund or refund payment back to bank account, I assume whole amount is going to be refunded?*br.Hannu Aikio
