My name is Haim Shmuely ,MD and as your Claient I received a confirmation for Nia Hotel Menlo Park Ca USA for a kings bed room * ************* From you for * nights - from September **-October ** but when I entered the room I found that I was given without telling me at the front desk a room with * double bed- after calling the front desk they said they are sorry and they are fully booked and cannot give me the kings room I had confirmation number until tomorrow !!!!!! *My phone * ***-**-****-***** dement you intrevin imidietly on my interest because I received the confirmation for you I demand to move me imidietly to a Kings room for all !!! * nights confirmred the hotel can not confirm kings room if it's not available so I go to enother Hoel*If not I dement compensation of both free breakfast for * people and free valet parking for all * nights for this major incobinience and tomorrow morning to be moved ASAP to a kings room*Haim Shmuely MD******@***.com
