Hello,*Is this the right email address to address issues with a rental?*Please send me the right email address otherwise, I have an issue with a rental, here are the references. **Property********** *Reservation ID**HA-*FFFD***I just spent one day in this rental in Westwood. I arrived at midnight so the owner left they key under the mat, I understand it was too late to meet him. But since then, he hasn’t shown me how things work, and communication is here and there, I get some info. I still don’t know where is the parking space he had advertised.**** DISHWASHER issue: He advertised the apartment has a dishwasher. There wasn’t one. First, I addressed the issue to Michael.I am sending you his reply as you can see his other reply on my profile as well, I believe. Since this issue was brought up to him, he modified his add, and removed the dishwasher on his add. Can you see his modification? I know Airbnb is able to see modifications being made and a date.*I rented this place for one month, it is very expensive already and I rented it so we could feel on vacation, but it is not, I told Michael three times through WhatsApp as well, it is an issue there is no dishwasher. It is not vacation.*It is not like an iron board missing, doing the dishes every single meal is not vacation. I purposely rented this place as it did advertise there is one. I cook and I need a dishwasher, it is not fair to come on vacation and do the dishes. I have a dishwasher at home.**** POTS and PANS: The pots and pans are old, dirty, sticky and there is no boiling pot (to simply cook pasta, rice, hard boiled eggs, noodles, etc). There is none. There are no wine glasses either. **** It states there is an air conditioning, what is an air conditioning? There is an unit here in the living room, very loud that blows fresh air, it is loud. I imagine an air conditioning fixed on the wall with a remote control, discreet.**It is a big disappointment, we need to find a solution as this place is not cheap.*Thank you for your reaction and professionalism.*I don’t feel like Michael is taking this issue seriously, nor does he feel responsable for his false advertising, his solution of paper plates is not good, his solution for me to go and buy the wine glasses, seriously it is not fair.
