Hi. I have been on your phone line * times. Once for ** minutes, a few days ago. Yesterday, for one hour,before a live voice came on. She kept putting me on hold and then quit getting back on at all (that lasted ** more minutes!). Then a survey cut in and I tried to answer with a "*" for very bad service and it couldn't even hear or see my numbers for answers.*My order number is WA********. The other * is *Z***************... Ordered on may * and still no record of it even having been processed. UPS said they have not received it yet. It was a gift for an apartment warming. I understand the Covid-**, but it has been ** days and it never was sent out, BUT MY MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT FOR $**.**. Please keep the coffee percolator and refund me! My email is *****@***.com and my phone * is ***-***-****. *This is my second time of sending you a written complaint as the phone* is doing no good!**Eileen Poche
