Scheduled a measure appt for carpet installation and paid fee. Took Day off and sat at home waiting for company to arrive. No one arrived. Called company back and was told they never confirmed appt, even though I had a confirmation number and confirmation Page and paid the fee. Waited around another day for them to arrive. Received measure and appraisal. Called and confirmed order and was told it was a fast install and they would complete job within a week. Called install company and was told install would not be completed for almost a month. Was told by install company there was nothing they could do and I should just cancel my order when I told them I placed the order because I needed it in * days because I had an open house scheduled on my home. Called company back and was informed that I have to come in to store to cancel the order as if I haven't been inconvenienced enough by the company. The store is ** minutes from my home. My fianc* called to speak to someone at Home Depot that we booked the order with and they were very rude to her and they hung up the phone on her.
