We have been dealing with Home Depot for * weeks as our year old refrigerator stopped cooling. Two servicemen have been here and one replaced the cooling unit. The next morning the refrigerator temperature was ** degrees. We have been putting *-gallon size bottles of frozen water into the refrigerator twice daily to cool it. Six weeks of waiting for service is unheard of in this day and age. We had to wait a week for the part and then a week for delivery during this * week period. Now we have contacted the Wisconsin Department of Consumer Protection. Can you step in before they do? Aug * ****.*Daily phone calls and going to Home Depot all this time did not solve any problems. In this day and age a part should arrive in three days. The waiting time for repairs should not take *-** days unless everything you sell is JUNK!
