The issue in GetHuman-freesoul's own words
I ordered flooring and paid for it on June **, **** and was told it would be here within * weeks and that I would get a call when it was in so that the install could be scheduled. It has now been over a month since I ordered with no calls from Home Depot. I called the Racine, Wisconsin store on Tuesday, July ** to ask where was my order and was put on hold for approximately ** minutes and when the woman came back on the line, she said the installers were supposed to contact me about scheduling the install and had apparently, failed to do so. She said she would contact them immediately and tell them to call me ASAP to move forward. THAT was now * days ago. MY credit card has been charged for the flooring and the installation and yet, here I sit............with no flooring. My order number is H****-*****. Date of payment in the store is June **, **** at **** pm. I bought the flooring at the Home Depot, **** Green Bay Rd, Racine, WI ***** ***-***-****. Needless to say there most likely will NOT be a very good review for Home Depot OR the install crew unless this is fixed and fixed quickly.
GetHuman-freesoul did not yet indicate what Home Depot should do to make this right.
