I've e mailed several times since my nightmare stay in Anaheim, California. It stopped at "we've forwarded your concerns to the hotel manager who will deal with it internally" meaning no contact with an unsatisfied guest to offer a refund or additional nights at another location after * nights of little to no sleep due to noisy neighbors and thin walls, smelly water, broken toilet and view of dilapidated neighborhood. Unable to work during my stay which was the entire purpose for it!
GetHuman969890 did not yet indicate what Holiday Inn should do to make this right.
