My split invertor * star AC was installed ** days ago. With almost no distance b*w two units, he took Rs *****- for ** ft. coil, a stand and nearly half a meter extra electric cable for stabaliser. On asking for bill, he first dismissed the demand that no bill is furnished for such material used in installation but when insisted after consulting (may be his owner) he took my mail id saying that he will send the bill through mail. Since then I have been calling him ( **********) and Classic services, Sonipat (**********) but none of them pick up phones nor I have got my bill for the payment I made. If this is the attitude of your service providers, what do I expect in case there is a problem with the machine or I need routine service. He refused to tell me how many services ( free) I am entitled. Does the company mandatory use ** ft coil even if the unit is installed inside and outside of the same wall? Till date I have been regularly getting messages from BP-HHLHLP that 'your call is cancelled due to customer not contactable.' If so how could that fellow came and installed my AC. I am really upset with all this. If I am not answered for all my querries and furnished me with bill with full justification, you better take your AC back and refund my money otherwise, I'll move to the consumer court. *Rekha*B-**, DCRUST, Murthal ( Sonipat)*Haryana*Mb.:**********
