Help with my Hertz issue

Get out of the airport as quick as possible. ... I declined the insurance and they charged me anyway. I picked Up today at DFW and told him my company has ins. He told me “ok” and something about “that’s what most businesses do” and I could Not hear him with masks on and accents. Another customer came over and was yelling at the agent at the same time. The manager came out and then everyone was focused on the guy yelling. I wanted to get out of there as the man seemed unhinged and I was Scared. I signed A pad in a rush but could not read it due to not being able to get close enough. They had it blocked off with ropes. I could Barely reach to sign. Now my bill says ***.** and it was supposed to be ***.** I want The extra charges removed. I am A frequent traveler and have never taken the ins.
I couldnt Hear with the mask and foreign accents, and chaos from another overcharged customer.
I need the insurance charges refunded.
I would Like to have one trusted rental company for all business travel. This is my first time trying hertz.
Called several numbers. No human to be found.
