When my husband and I went to rent a car the first thing we told the manager that helped us was “we don’t want any additional insurance or nothing else just the rental” he again offered it and we declined he asked for my husbAnds credit card and again we told him why do you need it and he replied it’s just for security reasons but nothing will be charged, I didn’t want the insurance per recommendation of our AAA insurance which we agreed we did not need, now $*** was charged and my bank account was overdraft, I called him to ask what was charged and he said $** a day for liability insurance I reminded him what’s we told him and the only thing he kept repeating was your husband signed the contract over and over again, my husband doesn’t speak good English and I believe he took a vantage of this , I am so disappointed, because they took a vantage of my husband and the customer service was horrible from the beginning to the end, I want a full refund of the $***
