My Hertz Reservation J********C**I had a rental scheduled for a minivan starting *:** AM on *******. I was contacted on ******* and informed that there was not a minivan so they could not fulfill my prepaid rental. I called to cancel and after going through many people, including not being able to get in touch with customer service, the reservation was supposedly cancelled and the cancellation fee waived because I did not cancel. Hertz was the one unable to fulfill their end of the contract. The amount of $***.** was charged to my account. I have not received written confirmation through email that my reservation cost has been refunded. My bank stated that a pending balance could have been cancelled and never charged to my account. I was forced to go to Enterprise to rent a van. I am completely without access to the funds you charged. Please send me written confirmation that the amount has been refunded to my bank account.
GetHuman-jcroshto did not yet indicate what Hertz should do to make this right.
