Hello! My husband and I rented from Hertz last month. (first time we've ever rented a car) We reserved the vehicle online and thought the process was easy and painless. THEN we went to pick up the vehicle. The girl who waited on us was very sweet but did not seem to know what she was doing. She went into the back office * or * different times, I assume, because she needed guidance in completing the rental. We had already presented our auto insurance cards and our AAA cards but she added YOUR insurance and charged for an additional driver which should have been free of charge with our AAA membership. AFTER the receipt was printed, she admitted to making several mistakes and said they would be able to easily adjust the charges upon our return. *However, when we returned, Giovanni, in the Bradenton store, told us that the girl had been fired but that he could take care of the matter for us. When it was all said and done, we were charged MORE... A $*** rental was over $***!!! If Hertz let an employee go, I would hope that you would take a look at the contracts that employee handled since they were incompetent in doing their job. **Please help us! We really can't afford this type of error. **Michael & April Cintron****-***-****
