ok I see I am being charged an excess of $****.** because We did not call in for the extension.*My daughter did called the Toluca Lake Hertz in North Hollwood Ca on ******* and requested an additional week as she was out of town on business. The guy name Eric De Los Santos told me she called in, I also called in for * additional days from Aug *-*rd at the Burbank Airport Hertz . I was told by Hertz Toluca lake on Aug *rd that my bill was at $****.** and that there would be an additional chrg of $***.** for dropping the car off in Stockton. I personally called Stockton office and they told me the drop off charge is $***. Yet I am showing my charges are at $****. which is rediculous. My charges should be $****.** , I should not be penalized $*** for the week of July ** to July **st nor for Aug *st to *rd. I am told I am charge because we did not call in to keep the car, and we did called in, if you check your records. I am disputing all penalty charges cause we did call in. you can check with your Toluca Lake and Hertz Burbank office, I saw the dates on their screen when I stopped in. I am therefore requesting that the charges for $****. be reduced to $****. as was stated by someone at your Toluca Lake office on the day of Aug *rd,.. if there is any penalties in this amount it should be deducted as well because there should be no charges for extention after the first extention chrg of $**.** I was told.. I am hereby disputing $****.** difference.. Thank you
