The issue in GetHuman-gabergma's own words
We rented an L-* class vehicle because we needed * passengers and luggage for a trip. We reserved more than a month in advance to pick up as MSP and prepaid. We arrived exactly on time and signed up the contract. The counter person called up to the lot and told them we were coming up to get an L-* (SUV). When I got there they put me in a chevy equinox, which is smaller than a ford escape. They told me that was the right vehicle. When I got home my wife, who made the reservation took one look and told me that was not what we rented. I called customer service and they confirmed that the rental was an F-* lass, not an L-* and we would need to contact MSP to see if they had the correct vehicle in inventory and work out a swap. I have called a dozen times and left two voicemails and they do not answer their phone. I want to get ahold of a person who can get us into the car that we rented and paid for. We have only driven the car * miles and just want to drop it off and get the right car.
