I got email from Hermes to say that my parcel from The Works would be delivered on Thursday **th October between *pm and *pm. It did not arrive. I got another email to say it had been re-scheduled and would be delivered between *pm and *pm. It did not arrive. I got email today to say it would be delivered between *pm and *pm. It did not arrive. Then an email to say it had been successfully delivered to my shed at **:**. I do not have a shed. The picture shown is not my address.I have asked direct neighbours but still can't trace it. Tracking number ****************

How GetHuman5425727 fixed the problem
Although I had checked with neighbours earlier. My parcel had been thrown over a *ft fence. It was not in a shed as stated in the email. My neighbour didn't find it until she went to put some rubbish out in the evening and found it wet through on her back patio, with package burst open. I was in all day but obviously it had been delivered to wrong address anyway.
