Get Hermes to deliver my parcel.was told on Saturday the courier could not find my property. Strange that because I have had numerous parcels delivered from Hermes ... Hermes said my parcel would be delivered on wed ** dec a four hour window. Couldn’t deliver that day. Got a four hour window again for thurs ** dec couldn’t deliver that day. Will deliver on the next working day which is today fri ** dec. no notifications at all from Hermes today giving delivery times trying to phone .please call later. What can Hermes do about this problem.
