You came to my home yesterday ** Rangoon Road, B** *DD with a package from Direct Pharmacy (tracking number ****************) and took it away. I need the item urgently (by Friday **th.) Its unlikely I will be in (unless they come now) I cant see why you will not leave it at my address. Throw it over the gate. It should not break and will be safe. You did not leave me any instructions on how to contact you or where you are.

GetHuman-rosdholl did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.

Contact the supplier. Amazon also helped with a message to the supplier to say it was urgent and they needed to get Hermes to bring the package back ASAP. It worked.
