I made a purchase from Zara that was supposed to be delivered by Hermes almost two weeks ago. Despite the parcel being received by Hermes on December 4th and receiving delivery notifications, I have yet to receive my order. The latest tracking information now states that the parcel will be delayed for an additional 48 hours. This is frustrating as I need the item for tomorrow. I was informed my parcel would arrive on Sunday, but it never showed up. I needed it for a Monday gift, so I waited again, but it never came. As a business that frequently receives deliveries from various companies, we have encountered issues with recent Hermes deliveries. Over the past three days, we have had two parcels left in the porch without the driver ringing the bell for notification. The delivery is then uploaded onto the portal without any attempt to ensure our receipt of the package. It appears that the current Hermes drivers are not taking the time to make sure the delivery is placed securely through the door, even when it would easily fit. In comparison to previous experiences, it seems that the current drivers lack the conscientiousness we had come to expect. This lack of attention to detail is concerning, and we would appreciate improvements in the delivery process to ensure our packages are properly delivered.

This is the second time Hermes has failed to deliver a parcel to me. The first parcel never arrived, leading to a refund from the original company. Now, a different company has used Hermes, and once again, the parcel has not reached me. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I have never encountered delivery issues with other companies, and there are always people present at my address on a main road. This parcel contains a Christmas present, and I am eager to receive it promptly.

I recently experienced an issue with a delivery driver. Upon arrival, the driver went to the wrong house, left a note at my door without attempting delivery, and handed my package to the neighbors two doors down. This led to me having to retrieve my items from their house instead of receiving them directly, even though I was at home during the delivery. This situation was particularly inconvenient for me as I am currently unwell and did not anticipate having to go out in the rain to collect my package that should have been delivered to me directly.

Dear team, I am writing to inform you that there seems to have been a mistake with the delivery of my mother's parcel. Unfortunately, the driver left the package at the wrong address on Thursday, 5th December. We have been attempting to contact your company via phone and email but have been unsuccessful. This situation has caused undue stress for my 80-year-old mother, and we are eager for a resolution. I received an email stating that a parcel was delivered at 1:36 pm on December 10th, but when I arrived home, there was nothing left. The email claims it was signed for, but that signature is not mine. I live at 18 Prioress Street, London SE1 4TE. I checked with my neighbor, and she hasn't accepted any parcels for me. Last week, I received two deliveries through my intercom system, so this situation is concerning, especially as this parcel was a birthday gift. Hello, I purchased an item from Amazon and canceled the order without opening the sealed box. I returned the sealed box via Hermes on 11/21/19. They provided me with a receipt with the number P[redacted]. Hermes claims they received the correct item, but Amazon states it was a different model with a lower value. Amazon confirmed the box was sealed. However, they are refusing to issue a refund and advised me to dispute this with the carrier. Could you please investigate this situation? Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with a recent delivery of mine. The tracking number [redacted] indicates that the parcel was delivered today at 12:17 PM, supposedly through the letterbox. However, the item, a pair of winter boots from the Telegraph Shop, was not delivered to my address at 46 Hither Green Lane, Redditch, B98 9BW. The delivery information seems incorrect as the boots wouldn't fit through a letterbox, and the provided photograph does not match my property. I was expecting a package to be delivered yesterday, but I did not receive it. I got an email stating there was a delivery issue and was told to wait until this morning for an update. Despite trying to contact Hermes for the past hour, I have been unsuccessful. When I reached out to the service center, they informed me that my package was delivered to an undisclosed location, and they are unsure of its whereabouts. They advised me to wait and see. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and would appreciate knowing the status of my item.

I need to file a complaint about one of your couriers, Grahman, who delivers in the Scottish Borders. During his recent delivery to me, he did not knock on my door and simply pushed the parcel through the letterbox. As a result, the bag was crumpled, the coat hanger broke in half, and there was a hole in the jumper. This is not the first time such careless handling has occurred. I have already informed Matalan about this issue and they advised me to return the damaged items. I am very dissatisfied with the way this courier handles my parcels and I am requesting that appropriate action be taken to address this matter.

My parcel has not been picked up for the third time now. What is going on? Why has it not been picked up yet for the third time scheduled for return to Amazon? It's a 55-inch TV that should have been picked up on Friday. No pick up today either. As I live in a flat, the TV is too big for my room and taking up space. I can't move it, etc. I just want it out of here; they said it should have gone by now. It's ridiculous. Why say you're coming to pick it up and then no one comes?

I dropped off my package at a collection point on Tuesday, December 2nd, and it has not reached its destination yet. The tracking updates have been unreliable with delays. This is quite frustrating as the parcel was crucial for a family event. It's disappointing that despite the anticipation of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday rush, my parcel seems to be delayed at the recipient's depot for two working days.

Hello, I was expecting a delivery on 09/12/[redacted] between 17:00 and 21:00. I received an email stating that it couldn't be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances and would arrive the next working day, which is today. On December 9th, I entered the parcel details for shipment and proceeded to pay using my bank account. After encountering an error twice, my daughter then attempted to use her PayPal account, and the payment went through. However, no progress was made with the shipment. Two payments of £10.29 were deducted from my bank account, and one payment of the same amount was made from my daughter's PayPal. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone for assistance. It seems my next step may involve contacting Trading Standards for further help with this matter.

Hello, I sent my parcel with Hermes on the 2nd of December for the first time. Unfortunately, I didn't know I needed to print labels. The courier didn't inform me or provide any information when he collected the parcel. Now, I am unsure of the parcel's whereabouts, and the recipient is waiting. I received an email from Hermes with a claim form, which I completed and returned. I am still waiting for a response regarding the parcel, and I'm not sure what steps to take next. Additionally, I would like to file a complaint about the courier's service.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I am still waiting for my parcel that was supposed to arrive last Wednesday. I received a text on Wednesday evening informing me it wouldn't be delivered and promised delivery on Thursday, but the same issue occurred. After being notified it would come on Friday and then again not being delivered, I was assured it would arrive the following working day. However, my parcel has not yet arrived. Can you please provide an update on when I can expect delivery? Thank you.

I was expecting a delivery of 2 pairs of trainers today ordered from JD Sports online. Unfortunately, I only received 1 box containing 1 pair of trainers. I have contacted JD Sports, and they informed me that both parcels were dispatched to Hermes delivery. I am missing a size 8.5 Nike trainers that were supposed to be delivered today, 10.12.19. The package is intended as a Christmas gift, so I request that it be delivered unopened and undamaged by 11.12.19. The first parcel was delivered to my mother-in-law by a lady as I was at work. I would like the missing pair promptly. If not resolved, I am considering involving the police and trading standards. Expecting a prompt response.

I have been eagerly anticipating the delivery of my parcel scheduled between 4 pm and 8 pm today. Upon checking the status, I was surprised to see that an attempted delivery was recorded at 6:23 pm, stating that another delivery attempt would be made tomorrow. I was available at home, but neither did anyone knock on my door nor was a delivery notice left. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and find it untrue that an attempt was made claiming I wasn't present.
