I received an email from you last night stating that my delivery was made at 18:12 with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I asked for the parcel to be delivered at the Tesco store near my diner, but since it arrived after closing, I couldn't get it. The notification said it was delivered and signed for, but I don't have it. I checked with Tesco and the flat above my diner – no luck. I need the parcel for tomorrow and the signature isn't helping. Can you assist me in locating where I can find it? Thank you.

I expected a parcel delivery from Hermes on Saturday, December 7th. Even though someone was home all day, the tracking still showed the parcel was out for delivery by the evening. Surprisingly, on the morning of December 8th, the tracking updated to show that the parcel was delivered on December 7th at 12:12 pm. However, I am certain it was not delivered as I was home around lunchtime and did not receive anything. The reference number for this is [redacted][redacted]. Being a member of the press and active on Twitter, I plan to highlight this issue especially during the holiday season.

According to the tracking information, the delivery was attempted at 1:02 pm today, but it states that there was no one available and no safe location to leave the parcel. However, there have been three individuals present at my residence all day specifically waiting for this delivery. I kindly request for the driver to return promptly to deliver the parcel, as it appears to be a mistake on their end. This situation has caused frustration, and if the issue is not resolved, I will escalate it further due to the delivery charge I have paid.

Hello, I recently received an email on November 30th stating that my package was on its way for delivery, followed by another email mentioning a delay, but I have not received any further updates since then. Today, a different package was successfully delivered, which leaves me puzzled as to why the birch box delivery hasn't arrived yet. The barcode number for the birch box is [redacted][redacted]. I was expecting this delivery by tomorrow and was under the impression it would have arrived a week ago. The delay is quite frustrating as it looks like it won't make it on time. This morning, a package was mistakenly delivered to my address instead of 'Beaconsfield Close.' Despite having a notice on my door stating that this is not the intended delivery location, the parcel was still left here. I attempted to contact Hermes via phone, but they were closed. Upon tracking the package, it showed as delivered and signed for, which is not accurate. I am concerned as the rightful recipient may be expecting the package. I will attempt to reach out to Hermes again tomorrow to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, I recently received an email stating that my parcel has been delivered, along with a dark and sketchy picture claiming it was put through my letterbox. However, the parcel is too large for that, and I've been outside all day putting up Christmas lights. I'm frustrated by this misinformation and would like to know where my parcel actually is. My package from Quiz was supposed to be delivered on Friday between 1 pm and 3 pm, but it never arrived. Later, it showed that it was at the depot and on its way to me on Saturday the 7th, but it still hasn't been delivered. Now, the tracking information states that I requested for the parcel to be returned to the sender, which is not true. I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive. I left work early to ensure I could receive the delivery, and I am disappointed that it was not attempted to be delivered as expected.

My package was scheduled to arrive on Friday, December 6, according to the Hermes app. However, I later got a notification that it was delayed by 24 hours and would be delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday passed without the parcel arriving, and the app didn't provide any updates. Surprisingly, on Sunday, I received a package from Hermes, but it was not the one I was expecting from MusicMagpie; instead, it was from China. I'm confused as to why my original order wasn't shipped at the same time as the one from China.

Hello, I was expecting my items today, but when I tracked my order, it showed that delivery was attempted while I was home. I live in a flat, and it's easy to find my unit by pressing '47' at the entrance. I paid for next day delivery and need these items for tomorrow. It's frustrating that they didn't make sure I was here before attempting delivery. Is there any way to receive my items tonight?

I placed an order for a delivery and was assigned Hermes as the courier. The order was made on 28/10/[redacted], and as of today, 8/12/[redacted], the parcel has not been received. Hermes' online tracking system shows the parcel is with them, but when I contacted them, they claimed I had already received it, which is not the case. Due to this delay, I had to buy a replacement item costing £30. I am simply looking to get a refund, but unfortunately, Hermes lacks communication between departments, leading to excuses rather than resolutions.

I shipped a 7.5 kg parcel to Schwabisch Hall, Germany on November 25th with a guaranteed delivery date of December 3rd. Despite the tracking history showing 3 delivery attempts, my daughter has not received the parcel. She mentioned no delivery cards were left, and there were no text messages either. It seems the parcel is at the depot, but the location of the depot is unknown. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly as the contents are Christmas presents for my family.

Hello! What should I do if my parcel was delivered but left at a neighbor's house because I wasn't home at the time? I've been going to my neighbors all week to inquire about the parcel, but each person living there claims they have no knowledge of it and didn't receive it. I've spoken to all 10 residents, but the response remains the same - no one has seen the package. I'm unsure of what steps to take next since I've already paid for it. Thank you.

Hello! What can I do if my parcel was delivered but left at my neighbor's house because I wasn't home at the time? I visited my neighbors all week asking about the package, but no one from the house of 10 people knew about it or had it. I am inquiring about the delivery status of my parcel. I tracked the package on Saturday, December 7th, and it indicated delivery by 8 p.m. I waited until 10 p.m. and received a message stating that delivery was attempted, but the driver decided not to leave it anywhere. I had arranged for a Saturday parcel collection with specific instructions for the collection person. However, they left a non-completed delivery card stating there would be another attempt on Monday. Unfortunately, the form was not filled out with any useful contact information for me to communicate where the parcel was located. As a Quality Manager, I was disappointed with this lack of attention to detail. I have now placed a clear notice on my door to guide the collector to the back of my house where the parcel is stored. I hope this issue is resolved promptly as any delay may result in further actions to recover costs.

Good morning, I checked the delivery details, and they indicate that the item was delivered and signed for, but I did not receive it. On Saturday at 1:15 pm, only one parcel was delivered, and no signature was requested. Despite the delivery details claiming it was delivered, this parcel did not arrive. I have been at home with an illness for a week, so I was present all day every day. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information on the whereabouts of this parcel. Thank you.

I have been attempting to contact your customer service team without success. On December 5th, I received an email from Hermes indicating that my package was delivered and signed for by someone with the initials S O P. This signature is not even close to mine. As I am housebound and live alone, nobody else could have received the package on my behalf. I am concerned about where my package was actually delivered and would like to be compensated if it was not received by me. These items were Christmas presents. I am eagerly awaiting your response.

I did not receive the Hermes parcel that was supposedly delivered on Sunday, December 8, [redacted], between 8:01 and 8:53 pm. I checked outside my flat, but there was no parcel left at the door of flat 6 in the porch area as indicated in the email. The missing parcel is from John Lewis partnership. Please assist in locating the parcel and delivering it to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I recently received an email from Hermes stating they had attempted to deliver my parcel on Saturday, the 7th. However, my husband was at home and no delivery card was left. My parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] has not arrived yet. It was dispatched on the 26th of November. The latest tracking update from Thursday, the 5th of December, states it's out for delivery with the courier. Despite our business being open from 7:45 am to 5:45 pm, I never received a confirmation email concerning the delivery time. I've attempted to call your customer service number multiple times without any luck. It's frustrating that I can't speak to a representative as all options direct me to online queries. This lack of phone support excludes people who struggle with using computers or those who have visual impairments. I urgently request someone to address this issue promptly since I've been eagerly awaiting this parcel for two weeks. Thank you.
