Receive a parcel! ... Hi. My parcel has had * apparent attempts and is being sent back to the sender. However the first was attempted two hours before the slot. The second, I was in but there was no delivery made at the alleged time. The third I diverted the package to be left at the building. It was still not delivered. No calling cards have been left. Can you let me know a contact for the York deliverer. I am willing to collect it from them although I do not believe they have made any attempt to deliver it or have been calling at the incorrect apartment. The tracking no is ****************. Wendy
The website takes me round in circles and there's no human to talk to.
Redelivering my parcel at the time they tell me. Changing the available options online to fit the needs of their customers. Employing staff to field calls from customers.
I don't want to be a customer- consistently terrible service.
Online chat facility, calling head office, using all options on the phone.
