parcel no: ****************.*According to Hermes, an attempt was made to deliver my parcel on Saturday **th October between **:** and **:**then according to your tracking again on Sunday **th October between **:** and **:**. *I was in on both occasions myself, after looking through my CCTV system I can confirm this has not been the case, no persons had entered my property at these times, in fact, I checked * hour before and * hour after times still no person has ever entered my property on these times stated by your staff so I think you have an issue with your drivers you need to sort out here.*According to Hermes Web site, the second driver was called Justin.*As you may have guessed no calling cards where left as prove they have been.
GetHuman3847224 did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.

Justin, who was meant to deliver it on Sunday came slightly later than mentioned in the email today just after * pm.*all numbers mentioned on Hermes Web site were either closed or experiencing what they call technical difficulties.*but one thing I do know despite what generic emails said as regards attempt made to deliver the parcel, I know through CCTV no one did come on a said time scale.
