Subject: Issue with Delivery - Parcel Reference [redacted] Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue I encountered with a recent delivery. I ordered a parcel through an online retailer with express shipping. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the courier personnel incorrectly delivered the parcel to the wrong address. The address details were accurate when I made the purchase online, but the delivery was made to a different location as evidenced by a photo showing a door that is not mine. This has caused frustration as I paid for expedited delivery and the parcel itself was of considerable value. I am now left unaware of the parcel's whereabouts. I am seeking a refund for the item or contact information for the responsible party in order to locate the lost item. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. For record-keeping purposes, I kindly request that all correspondence be directed to this email address. Sincerely, Caroline Z. Flat [redacted], [redacted]-[redacted] Oakley Street Chelsea, London SW3 5NR Parcel Reference Number: [redacted][redacted]

I am extremely frustrated. I have been at home all day, just 2 meters away from my front door, waiting for my parcel from Hermes. Despite being in all day, I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered and left in a 'safe place.' I never designated a 'safe place' with Hermes due to concerns about theft. Furthermore, there was no card indicating where this mysterious 'safe place' is or even that a delivery was attempted. This has happened to me three times now, and this particular parcel is crucial to me as it's an outfit I purchased for a special event. I am not alone in experiencing this issue in Andover, and others I know are also considering escalation. If this isn't resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter further. I've retained previous emails documenting an incident months ago when a delivery was stolen, and my signature was forged. While I initially dismissed it as a minor inconvenience, I am now compelled to address these ongoing issues.

Hello, last week, I sent a message regarding an order I placed on Amazon for a Heavy-duty Retractable Key Chain with a 39-inch Steel Wire Rope in Black on October 11th. The delivery was claimed to have been made on October 12th at an address in Penybont, which is not where I requested the order to be delivered. I urgently need to know when I will receive my item. Checking the progress on your website reveals that the order is being returned. Please investigate this further using my tracking ID: [redacted][redacted]. Kindly contact me via email or phone at [redacted]3 as soon as possible. Since I am at work all day and won't be home until late, please contact my wife using the provided number. Thank you.

I receive parcels through Hermes regularly. However, the delivery person, Nigel, often makes comments about how long it takes me to answer the door. These remarks are usually muttered with swear words or said loudly when he's with a colleague. Today, he even swore while handing over a package, saying, "She takes forever." Despite sitting close to the window to be prompt, this has happened at least ten times, despite my efforts to be courteous, offering cold drinks. I am now seeking to stop receiving parcels from this rude individual and I intend to lodge a formal complaint as this behavior is offensive and unacceptable. I plan to inform all the retailers I use about this poor service.

Today, the parcel delivery person hit my front glass door very hard, almost breaking it. When I asked her to be more careful, she was rude and started lecturing me about putting my flat number on the package. She then insisted I be nice if I wanted my parcel and walked away. As I closed the door, we exchanged unpleasant words. The delivery details are as follows: Van 94, Drop 94, C = Round [redacted]. I hope someone addresses her attitude and customer service. Regards, Andrea.

On the 20th, my parcel was scheduled to arrive between 1pm-3pm. I received an email stating that there was an issue with the address provided, then shortly after, another email confirming delivery for that day. Unfortunately, the parcel did not arrive, and upon contacting customer service, I was informed about a problem with the address which was rectified with the assurance of delivery today. However, I have received the same contradictory emails as before. I am frustrated because this item is meant for a party and its delay will be disappointing. It has been 3 days past the estimated delivery date and the address issue is being blamed on me for the non-delivery. I hope to receive a prompt response as there is no clear way to address this on the My Hermes page. My address is 20 Lewis Smith Avenue, and my tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Thank you. - Mrs. Baker

Hello QVC, I have requested three times for my parcel to be picked up from Coop Hoylake, Market Street, 9 The Row, near the checkouts where the parcel is being held for collection. Despite several weeks passing, no one has come to collect it, leading to a complaint being filed. The manager is not pleased with the situation. Please address this promptly. I am available at the till throughout the week, and the address is Coop, 9 The Row, Market Street, Wirral, CH47 3BB. Waiting for three weeks for a pick-up is unacceptable, and this experience has deterred me from future purchases. Regards, Jean.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with my ongoing issue with a delayed delivery from Hermes. I purchased two children's bat onesies from an eBay seller, and the tracking information has shown a 48-hour delay with no updates. Hermes advises me to contact the seller, but I have only received one response asking me to verify my address with Hermes. Despite being home on the attempted delivery date noted, the tracking delay occurred even before reaching the courier. I am frustrated by the lack of progress and communication, as my children need these outfits for an upcoming event. I am feeling stressed and need guidance on resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for any help you can provide. Best regards, C. Isom

I ordered a swimsuit from Modanisa with my correct address as [redacted] The Keep Kingston Upon Thames KT2 5UG. However, I received an invoice with a different address, [redacted] The Avenue, London. I reached out to them to rectify the error, but my email was not acknowledged. Hermes sent me an email with tracking number [redacted][redacted], and when I contacted them, I was advised to email the retailer. Despite my efforts since yesterday, the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I have been attempting to coordinate delivery to my correct address without success. The live chat confirmed delivery, but it was to the incorrect address. I hope to resolve this to receive the swimsuit I have already paid for.

Hello, I'm Kevin John. Today a parcel arrived addressed to my girlfriend, Ewelina Kwasniewska. Unfortunately, my mother, who answered the door, was unaware it was for my girlfriend and did not sign for or accept the delivery. Upon realizing this issue, I tried to catch up with the Hermes courier, but later found out on the Hermes app that the parcel had been marked as delivered and signed for with a forged signature. The app indicated the delivery was made at 3:35, despite it only being 2:49 at the time. I suspect the Hermes courier falsified the delivery status and may have taken the parcel. I have already contacted the company I ordered from and would appreciate a prompt response to address this matter urgently.

Reference: Tracking barcode number [redacted]1. A parcel was delivered on October 10, [redacted], by Paul. Unfortunately, I was on holiday at the time, and the delivery driver left the parcel in a brown dustbin. The parcel was disposed of and taken away with other rubbish on October 16. This practice was not authorized by me, and I had expected the parcel to be re-delivered on a second or final attempt. Since the item is now considered lost, I am seeking to escalate the matter to recover the full cost of the contents of the parcel, along with additional expenses like follow-up phone calls and the time spent. If a resolution is not reached, I will be contacting senior management within your organization about this issue. I am looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you, James A.

At 1:05 PM, I received an email alerting me that my package would arrive between 3 PM and 7 PM today. Surprisingly, at 4:56 PM, another email stated that the package was delivered and signed for, but there was no sign of it at my place and no delivery note left. I attempted to call customer service, but the provided phone numbers were not working, and there was no live chat option. When I tried to inquire through the email link provided, the response indicated that the parcel was delivered to a retailer, which is puzzling as my address was correctly documented in the emails I received. I am bewildered as to which retailer has accepted my delivery. The tracking number for my parcel is [redacted][redacted]. I need immediate clarification on the actual delivery status. Thank you. - Hazel S.

I had a frustrating experience regarding a parcel delivery issue. After a live chat conversation, I was promised a call back within 4 hours, which did not happen. The reference number is [redacted]73. The driver claimed to have left my parcel behind a bin, but upon return home, it wasn't there. The photo he provided showed a closed garage door with a visible lock, contradicting his statement. The parcel contained trainers worth £[redacted] from JD Sports. Despite attempts to contact customer service via phone, I was redirected to live chat with no resolution. I had a follow-up discussion with Manager Alan Birmingham, but the issue remains unresolved. I am eagerly awaiting the promised call back. Anita.

I redirected my parcel to my neighbor online as I wouldn't be home and got confirmation. However, upon delivery, the driver disregarded the instructions and left it outside in the rain. This is not the first time such a mistake has happened. I am very disappointed with the service provided. I will cease ordering from JD Williams due to your poor service. The parcel will remain in my garden until I return, and if it's damaged, I expect compensation. Your reputation is severely tarnished, and improvements are necessary. I am extremely upset about this incident.

I ordered a subscription box from Birchbox that was supposed to be delivered by Hermes between 9 am - 1 pm. When I received a delivery notification with a photo that did not match my address or doorstep, I visited the address it was sent to, but they did not have the parcel. Despite Hermes claiming it was posted through the letterbox, this was not the case. I've tried contacting Hermes but have had no luck reaching them. I left a voicemail and informed Birchbox about the situation. I hope they can either deliver the parcel to the correct address or send a replacement promptly. It's frustrating having to chase down my package when I provided the correct address and postcode.

I missed the delivery twice. The second time, I left a note on the door near the HERMES doorbell. I asked for the parcel to be left at the Westminster stores, which is a Hermes drop-off location with the same postcode. I received a message at 10:09 stating the parcel wasn't delivered, but my wife was home until 10:30. The parcel was not taken to the Westminster stores as requested. It would be more convenient for everyone if the parcel could be delivered to the Westminster stores instead.

I have two parcels that have not been delivered as expected. One package is from Pretty Little Thing, ordered for next-day delivery on Monday with parcel ID [redacted][redacted]. Despite receiving delivery windows for both Tuesday and yesterday, it has not arrived and is still with a courier according to your website. I also have an item from Debenhams ordered on Tuesday with next-day delivery that has not arrived either and is also with a courier, with parcel ID [redacted][redacted] using email [redacted] I have been home both days and no delivery attempts were made. I kindly request expedited delivery today, preferably this morning. I am also lodging a complaint regarding this poor service. It is quite unacceptable. I'm looking forward to an early response.

I am having trouble with Hermes finding my address. The current parcel is delayed, and this has happened before with another supplier two weeks ago. After waiting for 3 days with no update, I contacted the other supplier and they were able to successfully deliver the parcel after I provided directions. Now, with yet another delay, I am concerned. My postcode is specific to my home. How do I reach Hermes with my address information? Here is my tracking number: [redacted][redacted].

Hello, I sent a local parcel with Hermes 3 weeks ago from Scotland to London. The parcel was rejected upon delivery at the receiving end and has been on its way back to me for the past two weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact Hermes through email, live chat, and an expensive phone call which cost me 8 pounds, I have not received any updates. Hermes assured me that I would receive my parcel within 2 working days, but it has been 10 days since then and I am still waiting. The tracking information indicates that the courier was supposed to contact the sender on the 16th, but no one has reached out to me. This parcel was essential for a cargo shipment abroad, and its delay has caused me to lose money as the cargo service could not refund me. Can someone please assist me with this issue? The tracking number is [redacted][redacted].

I missed the delivery of my parcel today even though I was home within the delivery window. The courier allegedly tried to deliver at 11:01, but I have CCTV proving no attempt was made. The delivery card lacks details other than the date and 2nd attempt. A note on my door requests parcels be left at number 23, and this parcel doesn't need a signature. I suggest the courier leaves a contact number on the card for easier coordination. Can I collect my parcel from the Morley depot instead?
