I am absolutely fuming. I have been in my house all day! In the front room which is * meters from my front door. I have been in all day waiting for my parcel and yet I have just received an email to say it has been delivered and left in my ‘safe place’ I have never specified a ‘safe place’ with Hermes because I don’t trust my parcels not to be stolen!!! AGAIN!! I also have no card left to say where exactly this ‘safe place’ is!??? Or to say a delivery was even attempted! I have had this happen * times now but I am at the end of my rag as this is an important parcel with sentimental value as it is an outfit I have bought especially for an event that I am going to! I am also not the only person in Andover that this has happened to and myself and some other people I know are now inclined to take this to the papers as this is completely ridiculous that your delivery drivers can’t even keep their hands on their own belongings. If this is not rectified I will be taking this very far. I also have the previous emails where a few months ago I had a delivery stolen and someone faked my signature, although I never brought it up at the time as I thought the joke is on the person who just stole some moisturiser ? But now I will be taking it further
