I ordered an item from Amazon UK. Tracking number is: **************** The Amazon tracking page now tells me that more information is needed.. It says "Hermes UK couldn't deliver your package. Please contact Hermes UK to get your package back on track. Was expected tomorrow" The further details on Amazons tracking page say "Held by carrier-customer to arrange delivery. Belfast Depot. I would like my package delivered to my address on Friday *th October **** as promised.

GetHuman-daveysco did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
