I placed an order from jd sports on Friday **th August with next day delivery. I paid extra for the next day delivery. You failed to deliver my order on Saturday **st And said you couldn’t find the address which is near impossible to not find. You just didn’t try to make delivery I know this cause I had just come out of hospital and was sat by the door all day waiting. One of your vans didn’t even drive past the address. Now I have contact jd sports who have contacted you to try and sort this and you were unable to give them a delivery time. The way I see it this should be an urgent delivery as you have failed to make it the first time down to you not me. I would like a time at which your going to deliver my order as I have follow up appointments to attend and cannot be waiting around for you to probably not turn up again. If you could provide me with a time that would be helpful as like I said I do have appointments to attend one of which I’ve missed already as I’ve waited in for you this morning thinking you would deliver by * as the agent at jd sports said they would request this. Personally I’m appalled at your service and wouldn’t ever wish to use it again if I can help it. As you can probably appreciate I’m really upset and annoyed with how you have treated the matter so far. The tracking info isn’t even Upto date and is still showing your going to deliver to me on Saturday gone. Obviously that isn’t hap
