Good evening, I received a parcel from the seller with a Parcel2Go tracking Number [redacted][redacted] and P2G Reference Number P2G[redacted]8. The correct address for delivery is: JOE ZAMMIT JZ0096MT UNIT 12, The Heathrow Estate Silver Jubilee Way Hounslow, Greater London TW4 6NF United Kingdom Unfortunately, the parcel was delivered incorrectly and signed for twice at another address on the 9th and 13th of August, which is not related to Malta Post SendOn UK. It appears the parcel is still in transit. I kindly request for the delivery to be corrected and sent to the address provided above. I recently ordered an item from SportsDirect, and I encountered an issue with the delivery. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]. The delivery was supposedly signed for by someone named Anne, but there is no one by that name at the delivery location. The parcel was delivered on Saturday, August 3rd, at both 4:51 am and 9:51 am to Chelsea Cloisters at Sloane Avenue in London. I urgently need to track down my package, as my aunt is leaving soon, and I'm unsure where it was left. The GPS location of the delivery van indicates it was at Chelsea Cloisters at 9:51 am. I need to understand why there are two different delivery times for one item and whether the driver left the package at reception or took it to a specific room. Any information on who actually received my package would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received an 'attempted delivery' notice with no information, but the delivery person did not actually try to deliver the parcel. I contacted Avon to figure out if it was from them and got the tracking number. They said it would be redelivered today, August 16th. I had a tough time reaching customer service as I got disconnected 14 times. Today, there was no option to speak with a real person, and I faced disconnections when choosing general enquiries or tracking. When I entered my tracking number, I did not receive updates, just a closing statement before the call ended abruptly. I am Debra Wall from Rose Cottage in Stafford ST18 9LN. I received an email today at 10:57 a.m. indicating a delivery with a photo, but the photo does not correspond to my property or any of my neighbors' properties, as there are only five properties in our small hamlet. I believe the parcel was mistakenly delivered to a different Rose Cottage. I kindly request for it to be retrieved and redelivered. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted].

I have been waiting for my medical supply package for two weeks now. This is the second time it has been sent. I have tried several times to contact you, but your service is extremely subpar. The address on my package is incorrect. You promised to deliver this afternoon between 4 and 6 p.m., but nothing arrived. My correct address is The Mezzanine, located at the rear of 8 West Grove, SE10 8QT, not 8 The Mezzanine 8.

Subject: Issue with ASOS Order Delivery Dear Customer Service, I am writing in regards to the recent delivery of my ASOS order with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Linda, the courier, attempted to drop off my order in two parcels on 15/08/19. After handling the first parcel, Linda claimed the second one could not be left as it showed the same barcode and could not be scanned. Despite my explanation that it was part of the same order, Linda insisted on taking it back to the depot for a new barcode and promised delivery the next day. Unfortunately, the second package was not redelivered, and I am worried as the order status now shows ‘delivered’. I have only received one pair of shoes from a larger order, and I am uncertain about the rest. The communication was challenging due to a language barrier as Linda had limited English proficiency. I had a concerning experience at the Hermes parcel shop located in Pulborough, Pulborough Village Store, RH20 2AX. I visited the shop to drop off two parcels, one I had postage for through eBay for Hermes delivery, and the other unrelated to eBay. I requested separate receipts, one for the two eBay parcels and another for the non-eBay item, but the shopkeeper was reluctant to provide them. He indicated that in the future, he would not issue separate receipts. Combining the parcels on a single receipt with a mix of eBay and non-eBay items makes it challenging to assign the correct tracking numbers. Unfortunately, there are no alternative parcel shops in the area. This is a new issue for me since relocating here. The shopkeeper's resistance to using Hermes may be because he prefers to operate as a Post Office. On Saturdays, he also attempts to refuse parcels after the Hermes collection, citing concerns about insurance in case of a break-in, which I dispute given the existing insurance coverage.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] This morning, Hermes altered the delivery time, prompting me to provide them with a designated "safe place" for my package. After receiving a confirmation email from Hermes confirming the location, I arrived home to discover a Hermes card in the mailbox stating that the package was "delivered to neighbor" without specifying a house number. In a densely populated residential area with multiple elderly neighbors, I am unsure whom to approach. Despite being home for over four hours, none of my neighbors have reached out, leaving me without confirmation of the delivery.

I missed the delivery of my parcel on Wednesday, August 14th at 19 St James Close, ML19 7LF. The courier claims I refused it, which is false. He allegedly returned it to the sender, but I paid £[redacted] for this item. The eBay seller hasn't received it back either. I'm frustrated and considering seeking legal advice regarding this fraudulent situation. I have tried multiple contact numbers without success. If I don't hear back today, I will report a complaint to the Ombudsman. I'm extremely concerned about the whereabouts of my tools parcel.

I placed two orders, one with JD and one with BOOHOO. Both were scheduled for delivery today (20/08/19) along with an order my mom placed. Only BOOHOO and my mom's order arrived. The JD delivery status shows it was delivered to my address, but I haven't received it nor has any neighbor. The order number, which I should have but currently don't, is [redacted][redacted]. It's for a bag and I need it urgently.

I came home to find that my package was left with my next-door neighbor, and I received an email with a signature but without a house number. Unfortunately, my neighbor denied having it when shown the email. I want this investigated before involving the police, whom I have already informed. I scheduled a Kaleidoscope parcel pickup on Monday 12/8/19, but I mistakenly handed the driver a package meant for Gemporia instead of the correct Kaleidoscope one. The tracking number on the receipt I received from the driver only has 12 digits instead of the required 16, preventing me from tracking it online. The number on the receipt is [redacted]14. I kindly request assistance in locating the whereabouts of the parcel. According to the tracking details, Hermes claimed to have attempted delivery yesterday and today, but to my knowledge, this did not occur. I am situated at the school's Reception throughout the day, and no delivery has been made. I kindly request that the driver be instructed to deliver the parcel to the school tomorrow, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. It appears the driver assumed incorrectly that the school was closed, leading to the non-delivery. Rest assured, the school is open for deliveries. Regrettably, without a delivery card left by the driver, I am unable to contact them or the Hermes offices. Despite my efforts to reach out using the listed numbers provided on the website, I have not been able to speak to an actual person. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Hermes regarding my delivery with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Despite their claims of attempted delivery, no one has shown up at the school where I am available all day. I urge Hermes to instruct their driver to deliver the parcel to the school tomorrow between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. It is unacceptable that the driver assumed the school was closed without making an actual delivery attempt. As no delivery card was left, I am unable to contact the driver or Hermes offices. I have attempted calling the numbers on the website but only encountered automated responses directing me to contact the retailer, which is unnecessary as the parcel is in Hermes' possession. I need to have the items picked up from my address returned to me. The company expecting the return has not received the items. After speaking with the recipient, I was informed that they do not use your service and I need the parcel sent back to me so I can resend it. I am unsure how my parcel ended up being collected by your company, but I require the items to be returned. I cannot track my parcel online.

Hello, I am writing from Tiny Rebel's online shop regarding an order for beer delivery to Italy that was scheduled for collection by your courier service through Parcel2go. Unfortunately, the collection of the order did not take place despite multiple attempts. This has caused inconvenience for both us and the customer, leading to the cancellation of the order and a loss of a customer. Our customer was understanding, but the repeated failures in collection have left us greatly disappointed. I did not receive any updates from Hermes on Friday, August 23rd. Their driver was supposed to pick up a package from my home to return to Amazon. Despite Hermes being unresponsive to calls and emails, I had everything ready for collection. Since Hermes did not show up, I used Parcel Monkey on Saturday, paying £14.21 to send the package via Parcel Force. Later, Hermes claimed the package was not ready on Friday, August 23rd, which was false. I informed them that I had already sent it with Parcel Force. On Tuesday, August 27, a Hermes driver came to collect the package when I was not home, leaving a note. This experience has made me question the reliability of Hermes' service to the public.

I am dissatisfied with the delivery service provided by JD Williams. For the past three days, the courier, James, has claimed to have delivered my package, but no card was left, and the parcel was not left in the porch as requested. Today, I received an email stating that delivery was attempted three times and is now being returned to the sender. James has previously left parcels in the porch as requested, but this time he failed to do so. It seems he did not attempt to deliver the parcel as no card was left. This unreliability is unacceptable. I have tried to contact someone for help to no avail. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it further. Reliable staff are necessary for a good delivery service.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted] from JDWilliams. I paid for delivery today and the parcel has been with the courier all day as per the tracking app. I've waited indoors all day for the delivery, now past 6.30pm, and it still shows "with us." Why can't they deliver on the day requested? This isn't the first time Hermes has failed; once they even left a delivery in my bin. My son's order from over a month ago is also stuck at "with us." I plan to contact JD Williams to complain and let them know I may take my business elsewhere if they don't find an alternative delivery service. I won't spend another day waiting for a delivery.

I contacted someone earlier about my order number [redacted]53 and the Hermes tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I paid for next-day delivery scheduled between 15:00 and 17:00 on Thursday. Despite waiting all day, the delivery was attempted at 19:00 when I was not home. No one showed up today either, even though you and an ASOS colleague assured me it would be delivered. I have waited at home for days now in vain. I urgently need the items, especially as I won't be home on the alternative delivery date of the 30th. I hope the sizes are correct when I finally receive the package. The delivery service has been extremely disappointing, and I was let down by the promised delivery yesterday. I am hoping for an earlier delivery, considering the inconvenience I have faced due to your courier's no-show.
