Tracking number ****************.*The delivery address of my parcel is Caludon Castle School , coventry, CV* *BD.**On the tracking information it says that Hermes have tried to deliver this item yesterday AND today, but this is a LIE. I am on the Reception of the school ALL day and no-*ne has been.*I want the driver to be told to deliver the parcel to the school tomorrow between *.ooam and *.**pm.*The driver has assumed that the school is shut and has not bothered to try to deliver it. The school is open.*Because the driver has not tried to deliver it he has not left a card so I cannot get in touch with him or Hermes Offices. I have tried every number on your website but they are all automated and keep suggesting I contact the retailer. WHY would I do that when YOU have the parcel?????**Please can you email me back urgently.*Mrs M Marr
