I’m selling some items on music magpie and the courier they chose to collect my items were Hermes with a time slot of between *am and *pm today (Friday **th). They didnt cancel as they sent me a email last night to say they were still coming. We have been waiting al day and it’s coming up for *:**. I’ve got to get to bed soon. I’ve already printed their free postage labels and put them on the box so is it possible I can just take the boxes to my nearest Hermes drop off shop or would I be charged? If there is, we can take them there tomorrow**My partner also had a parcel due to be picked up today from my address. All parcels are going to music magpie. *This needs to be fixed by the courier turning up the day that was stated or have the decency to contact me and rearrange a collection day
