I placed a order with Wayfair told delivery would be **th July **** then email to say now *th Aug ****. I arrived home today * July **** found a Hermes card saying a parcel at my neighbour (they are on holiday !) I then checked my emails as I did not know what had been delivered. I had emails from Hermes saying they were delivering my Wayfair order today. Then another to say it had been left in a shed! my neighbour has no shed! I looked at the photo which was in the tracking to see that it was in my neighbours back garden ? luckily it was still there. I don't understand why if I wasn't in and the neighbour wasn't in would the driver just leave it so exposed for anyone to see as the neighbour has a small fence. This was the first attempt to deliver it. I am not very happy that I have had to enter someone else property to retrieve my item while they are away.

GetHuman3213266 did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
