Somebody, please help me! I am getting so frustrated. I have recently sent a few emails*regarding my new subscription HGTV * HGT**********, that would have started shortly after March of ****. So far I have received no issues thus far. I received an email reply letting me know that my subscription is extended and I would get August's issue in the mail because I am not getting HGTV from the newspaper carrier so we have agreed that I would get my issues by mail from your employee that I received an email from. I have been a customer of Hearst Magazines for many years and I have never had this problem before. I am not looking for a refund because I love HGTV, I just want to receive my magazines.
