We want a refund. Grout Doctor says the only way to resolve the grout issue is probably to have the entire shower retiled. That could be as much as $****.**. Our house is going on the market tomorrow!

The issue in GetHuman-mvkeller's own words
Home Advisor sent a workman to repair grout in our master bathroom shower. Evidently he was contracted through "Handy." We were charged $***.** for the work BEFORE he even came to our home! The work was so badly done that we called Grout Doctor to see what could be done, even if we had to pay for additional work. Grout Doctor guy came today, said the Handy guy really screwed up and it cannot be fixed without damaging the tile. He also said Home Advisor never charges the customer directly, especially in advance. I have contacted Home Advisor a few times. Phone calls result in being put on hold for **-** minutes and then a message that an advisor could not be found. Emails explaining the issue are never answered. What on Earth is going on??? I think this is Home Advisor's job to reimburse us. This organization needs to contact us.
