I have a solar black spot light, Item * **********, Model **NXT-SL-**, purchased less than a year ago at Loewe's in Pittsboro, NC. While I do not have the sales slip, I have lived in NC for less than a year so am confident that the light fixture is less than a year old.**Issue is that the solar panel seal has given way and the panel is now water logged. Still gives off a very subdued amount of light but, is not recharging very much due to the presence of water within the panel.*Is there a solution to getting rid of the water inside the panel or, do I need to have the fixture replaced.*Please advise.
