I applied for an account online using the switch service on the **rd of April I was approved I then assumed after * days I would have my switch fee of ** pound and my previous bank would close and I will start using my Halifax account however this didn't happen I still don't have my switch fee and my old bank is still open and my money is still being paid into this account. This is totally un fair this needs to be sorted!! You can't claim your the fastest bank to transfer and pay the fee when it been nearly a month since my allrdged switch took place. Now I would appreciate it if Halifax actually stuck to there own terms and conditions and rules.. Get switched in * days with us yeah right.. I keep calling to see what happened and why and each time I get transferred to switch team who coinsedently are not available then phone goes dead*! Sort it out Halifax or I will close my account and go elsewhere will not reccpmemd this bank to anyone!!
