The issue in GetHuman-billold's own words
My wife's (Elizabeth Older) order * *******, dated June **, was cancelled but we have been billed $**.** on our Discover card. We have talked with a number of customer service representatives and they have finally agreed we are due a credit but seem unable or unwilling to process it. John on July ** agreed credit was due and that it would be issued in * to * days. Diane left telephone message July ** that we had been billed for the cancelled order. Bev on July ** said credit hadn't ben issued but couldn't tell why not. She refused to let me speak to supervisor. The money involved isn't much but it's frustrating. The whole cancelation issue started because of fraudulent charges on our card (Kroger $*** or $***). The only time the card had been used in * months was when my wife placed the order June ** and the card number was given to the Haband representative. Can you get us our credit in a timely manner.
GetHuman-billold did not yet indicate what Haband should do to make this right.
