Way back in April, I placed an order with your company for * pair of Mens jeans. When I got them, they were the wrong size. I returned them per instructions that came with the order-I included a check in the amount that the order said should be included. I wrapped this all and took it to the post office to send. I got an email a couple of weeks later that my order had been received and was being processed. I waited for weeks-actually over a month-and never received the new sizes. I emailed your company * times since then to try to straighten this order out and receive the order I'd already paid for. Each time, the person at customer services told me they found no such order. I read to them the chain of emails I had sent and received stating that I was having problems. After realizing I kept the list of emails, then, they would suddenly find my list of emails and see that my order had never been processed or sent back to me. About * weeks ago, I finally reached a lady by calling your ordering phone number rather than the customer service number, and she told me she found my expidited reorder and asked me for the size and color of the jeans I wanted in exchange. I told her the size I wanted, size ** all, and the color I wanted, the twill jeans changed from tan to black, and the others the same, and she assured me this order would be expedited. Today, I received the confirmation that my order was finally being shipped-after * long frustrating months of trying to get this taken care of. Guess what, wrong size. I told her size ** probably * or * times while I was talking to her. I also told her * times that the twill tan pants were to be changed to black jeans. She repeated the order back to me * different times. Size **-she repeated it back to me * different times while speaking to me. She even laughed the final time as if I were being silly making her repeat it back so many times. I received the email telling me that * pair of size ** jeans were shipped yesterday and one of them were twill-not black. Not * pair of size ** jeans-one of them black-but * pair of size ** jeans. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am to be dealing with your company. I cannot call your office to talk to anyone because it is Sunday. I cannot stop this order. I am amazed that you manage to stay in business if this is how you conduct business. This is a simple order of * pair of mens jeans that I have had to pay to ship back and now will be coming again in the wrong size. What should I do now? I do not think I should be required to send the jeans back with the money for shipping again when this is totally not my responsibility. I've already paid for the jeans and the shipping twice.
