My digital banking details have been locked completely and the help prompts are not suiting my situation as they require either the app or the website log on unlocked to help unlock the other. The customer service helpline numbers give automated instructions which are the same as the help prompts as the website and the app which hasn’t helped. I want to reset my log in details to fix the issue but can’t find the help I need.
