On Friday i walked into an H&R Block office because I needed my emerald card re-issued. The worker attempted to re-issued the card in office but the computer wouldn't allow her to do so. We then waited an hour and a half for the report lost*stolen person to answer. I was informed that the emerald card bank switched and my new card has been sent to the address on file. I don't live at the address anymore and before I could give her a new address I was hung up on. My first stimulus payment was on my emerald card. I was told that it would take a week to get the new card which I find ridiculous because of the fact that I was hung up on, your system won't allow me to get a new card issued in office, and now the *-***-***-**** number tells me that it has been disconnected. I am upset please handle this quickly
