The issue in GetHuman-rachelgd's own words
I completed my **** taxes with the HRBlock software and thought I could efile because the software appeared to allow me to do so.*When I tried to send my **** federal return, it said there was something going on with my internet or my firewall.*I looked at what would be needed to change my firewall settings & decided not to go into that area with my computer.*So I thought maybe it was my internet, with the virus thing going on our internet has been a little spotty...*I tried to efile again and got the same error message...*It appears now that after the * attempts, my checking acct has been charged for * $**.** amounts for the Arizona state efile that appears to not have gone through...*The software stated I would not be charged for the state efile IF the federal did not go through... Help?!?!?
