Hi,** My husband and I have been using H&R Block for years now. I am super frustrated with the online scheduling option that seems to be the only way to set up an appointment. In everyday life, I am one who would typically thrive in an online world. So, the idea that I could sign up online seems super convenient. That being said, let me outline what occurred in reality:**Encounter * (* weeks ago): Looked at our very busy schedule, found a time that worked, signed up for a specific location at a specific time, found a sitter for the kids, got a confirmation email. Then received a call from a nice receptionist that the time I had signed up for was not actually available. All the times she offered me were not times that were conducive to our schedule.**Encounter *: Said receptionist sends me an email asking if another date would work at the same time, I reply yes. Reschedule the sitter, schedule time off work to get there, etc. Hear no response about confirmation, so I call the office. The only direction is to schedule online. **Encounter *: I schedule online again for the time that was offered via email. Receive an email confirmation. Schedule a sitter, move schedules around to leave work early to make this appointment work. **Encounter *: I get a call the DAY of the appointment with the receptionist telling me that this time is also not available. She needs to send me across town in order for me to have a time slot remotely close to the one I need.**At this point, I have scheduled and rescheduled so many times. This has not been simple, and if anything has added a ton of stress. This is not OK. We have loved working with H&R Block in the past, but with this, I doubt we will return. **I hope you can make some much needed changes before you risk losing more loyal customers.
