I went into your office on Victoria Trail in Edmonton Alberta on Saturday June **, at about *:**pm. ** I was greeted by a lady and there was one other gentleman there. She started to work on my taxes in about half an hour and she said it would cost around $***-$*** because I had extra things like a condo that I sold and a fractional ownership condo. I didn’t want to stop because we were already a half hour in I thought that was a little expensive. On five or six occasions she asked me a question that I had already answered, and that was written down on the email that she printed out, that had all my money information, deductions etc. ( I had emailed her all this information about ** minutes after I arrived at the office, and she printed that)* And then near the end of the session, she informs me that it will be $***. And I am there for the whole * *** hours... isn’t the point of taking it to H&R Block, for you guys to do it so I don’t have to use my time to do it? ( I realize there were a couple of bits of information that she needed from me at different times that wasn’t written down in the email but this experience doesn’t sit well with me) And I get charged almost $*** per hour? Seems quite steep to me.
