I bought the St. Pete Times, but found out I didn't qualify due to being a recent customer. I canceled the purchase. I tried to purchase a Sam's Club $25 membership, but couldn't locate the code to input. I attempted to cancel it 2 or 3 times after watching the instructional video repeatedly, thinking I could figure it out, but it never worked. I should not have any pending purchases now and expect all refunds to be processed. I request that this issue be resolved promptly to avoid any charges to my credit card.

Each month, money has been deducted from my bank account by "WLY*Completesave.co.uk" without my consent. After speaking with them, they mentioned it was related to a purchase from Groupon in July. I only made a one-time purchase for Ladies Harem Pants and did not sign up for anything else. I need clarification on how WLY*Completesave.co.uk has been charging me £15 monthly without any agreement and what actions will be taken to address this issue.

I am yet to receive my item after our entire conversation! Bernard mentioned that in 7 working days, the item might be delivered to the wrong address and Hermes currently has it. Bernard reiterated not to deliver to the old address and requested for redirection. Bharath assured to do their best to redirect promptly. Bernard hoped the chat would be saved for verification. Bharath confirmed the chat transcript would be emailed. Bernard mentioned believing the system had the new address. Bharath acknowledged this. I purchased a coupon for redeeming points. The website I needed to register on was not working (Safari could not connect to the site). After finally managing to register, I sent my coupon and pre-registration to the address provided, awaiting a confirmation email that I never received. I requested a copy of their email from BSRPPC but received no response. Today they are asking for payment for my training and mention they are not Groupon, suggesting I contact you. However, they never confirmed my registration as expected. I am looking forward to a solution to my issue from your side. I have never had any problems with Groupon to date and am surprised by how this situation is unfolding. I cannot reach you. I have already written to you without a response. I placed an order for a case of wine earlier this month, but it has not been delivered yet. I realized upon checking my email that there was an additional shipping fee required. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties making the payment for the shipping and linking it to my existing order. I am inquiring about a missing order of earrings. The chat history suggests contacting Groupon regarding order #[redacted]59 for assistance with the delivery issue. I provided details such as the tracking number ld[redacted]02fr and my shipping address in Germany, although the package seems to have gone to Belgium. The representative mentioned the package should arrive within 15 working days from the purchase date and advised contacting them again if the item is not received by the 18th of December. Hello, I purchased a Swedish Massage as a gift. I have never used your app before and checked out as a guest. The issue is that I believe I entered my email incorrectly, and now I am unable to log in to the guest account. I have since downloaded the app and successfully placed an order. Hello, I am seeking a refund for a Groupon I purchased for the Pain Management Center of Irvine. As a new patient of Dr. L., the chiropractor at the center, he recommended their weight loss program, prompting me to buy the Groupon. However, upon trying to start the program, the office staff informed me of additional requirements not previously mentioned by Dr. L. My Primary Care Physician advised against my participation due to medical concerns, which led me to request a refund. Dr. L. directed me to seek the refund from Groupon. Order number for your purchase on December 22, [redacted]: 1[redacted]98-[redacted] Hello, I recently made a purchase and noticed that I was charged in US funds on my Visa immediately. Being in Canada, I am aware of the additional costs for exchange, customs, duty, and shipping, making the purchase quite expensive for me. I promptly requested to cancel the order, but I was informed that I would receive Groupon bucks instead of a credit card refund, which I do not prefer. This is my first encounter with Groupon, and I initially thought I was buying from a local vendor near Vernon, BC, not realizing the currency difference. I recently received an email stating that our Groupon for the [redacted] Main Dueling Piano Bar is expiring on Dec. 30. Originally extended due to Covid, it seems the expiration date has been moved to Dec. 18 without notice. We were hoping for a further extension given the ongoing pandemic. Unfortunately, there are no more shows covered by Groupon for the year. Is it possible to get a refund this time? We still wish to visit when it is safe. Thank you for your assistance. I purchased 2 toilet paper guns from Groupon on 12/19/20. I was informed that I would receive an email confirmation for my order, which totalled over $80. However, I never received the email. To ensure I received the items in time for Christmas, I opted to pick them up from Bass Pro Shop. When I visited the store in Hampton today, they had no record of my purchase. This experience has made me doubtful about making future purchases on Groupon.

I bought 2 toilet paper guns for over $80 on 12/19/20. I was supposed to receive an email confirmation, but I never got it. I selected to pick up the items at Bass Pro Shop in Hampton to ensure I had them for Christmas. When I went to the store, they had no record of my order. I really need to make sure I have the 2 guns for Christmas gifts. Starting to feel disappointed with Groupon!

I purchased a teal wool sweater a while back, and it just arrived today. However, what was delivered is completely different from what I ordered. The item I received is a purple silk jumper, which is not what I wanted. This is the second time this has occurred, and it has made me very upset because it was meant for my granddaughter for Christmas. I am requesting a full refund and a printed prepaid return label to be sent to me. I do not have access to a computer or printer, so I require assistance with this matter as soon as possible.

I ordered a push along tricycle for my daughter in early December to surprise her on Christmas. Even though the website promised delivery within 10-15 days and before the 24th, it's been 23 days and no tricycle has arrived. The package has been sitting at a DPD depot nearby for the past 15 days without a delivery date or option to change/collect it. DPD claims the package is 'lost' and advises me to contact Groupon for a resolution. I've tried emailing but could be waiting up to a week for a reply. I just want to cancel my order and get a refund since I haven't received anything yet and it seems unlikely I will anytime soon. The whole experience has been very disappointing, especially with the issues on the Groupon website when trying to request a refund. I hope this can be resolved soon as Christmas is approaching fast, and this first experience with Groupon has left me frustrated and unlikely to use their services again.

I purchased a Groupon for the Sheraton on the Falls for my daughter and husband for December 29th. Due to the province-wide lockdown, they cannot travel, and nearly everything is closed. The hotel mentioned they can modify the date upon receiving an email from Groupon, which they claim they are already receiving. The offer is valid until February 28th, so I kindly request assistance in contacting the hotel for a date change, preferably for a Saturday evening later in February, once things are back to normal. I bought a subscription to National Geographic Little Kids on December 23, [redacted] (Order # [redacted]). When I tried to redeem the voucher, I accidentally clicked on "redeem" instead of being directed to the vendor's website to input my granddaughter's address. The order got marked as redeemed. I purchased three items, but one was out of stock and only received a refund for two. The last item is still pending. My Groupon page shows it was refunded, but I haven't received it. There doesn't seem to be a way to speak to a real person about this issue. My order number is [redacted]. I got a refund of $19.98 but the original amount was $29.97, so I'm missing $9.99. I attempted to purchase a Personalized Sketch Pad from Qualtry. Initially, it instructed me to enter the code SAVE for an extra 20% discount, but I couldn't find where to input it. Despite this, I proceeded with the order and paid $5.00. When I tried to redeem the voucher online, the price displayed was $51.53, prompting me to add it to the cart without acknowledging my previous $5.00 payment. I am puzzled about my next steps. I had a credit on my account and believed I used it for a ring purchase and a wine tour. However, Groupon charged me twice for both orders and didn't apply my credit. I was also charged for an additional purchase I'm unaware of. I attempted to resolve this through customer service but only encountered issues with a virtual representative who couldn't access my account. Now, I have three incorrect charges on my credit card statement and no one available to help me with this matter. It's been very frustrating!
