We purchased a Groupon for a * night stay in London out of NYC with the upgrade. I spoke with a travel agent and began the process of booking the trip. I purchased the Groupon and she told me to call her back once I received an email with vouchers. It took a lot longer than expected to receive the vouchers and then when I tried calling her back, I would always get her voicemail. She told me to follow up with her because she already started the process with me. I tried for a week, leaving her numerous voicemail, and heard nothing back. Today ****, I decide to talk to any representative I could. The agent had me on the phone for over an hour looking up flights for me during the dates in April. I was planning on spending just “a little more” which I was originally told be the agent, to fly out of Boston, but in reality it would be hundreds of dollars with indirect flights. I was then told the hotel they were booking us at and looked it up. It is nothing that I expected and is way to small especially for a * night stay. I have gone in a few trips through Groupon before and have always been extremely satisfied. I am already upset about not being able to fly out of Boston (unless I spend hundreds of dollars more per guest) which I was told would be “no problem” buy original agent. Now looking at the hotel room, I know that my boyfriend (who is a diabetic and would feel extremely confined and uncomfortable) and I would not be comfortable in that extremely small hotel room. I wish that the Groupon told us the name of the hotel before purchased. When I asked the agent a out this before purchasing the Groupon, she could not give me a name and only told me the area of London. I would like nothing more then to get my money back for the * Groupons I purchased. This would be extremely appreciated and I will continue to be a Groupon customer in the future. Like I said, I have traveled through Groupon many times and have always been satisfied until now. This Groupon expires on **** so can you please get back to me as soon as possible? I really appreciate it and am looking forward to hearing from you.
