I bought a Groupon for Nancy Hudson Beauty, but I've struggled to schedule an appointment with her because her availability doesn't align with my days off. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, I haven't been successful. I'm now seeking a refund as I've had no luck scheduling with this independent beautician. I even tried to inform her last month about my expiring Groupon, but she didn't respond.

I have several Groupon purchases that I didn't use within the expiration date over the years. Some merchants advised to refund the old deals and buy new ones. I have emailed last year regarding this issue and even sent a follow-up email, but I haven't received any response. Even though I was told in the past that it would be resolved via email, I haven't received any credits yet. I can't locate my expired purchases totaling a few hundred dollars and I'm unable to use or access them anywhere. I desperately need assistance with this matter. Hi there, I have noticed discrepancies in my Groupon "My Stuff" section. There are numerous pending items that I don't remember ordering, and some items marked as redeemed that I haven't received. Some of the unreceived items are displaying as expired. 1) I am seeking clarification on the charges listed in my "My Stuff" section as per your records. 2) I would like a refund for any items I didn't receive or that are pending without my order. 3) There are items I ordered and received that are of disappointing quality despite being advertised as high quality. I need guidance on the return process for these items. As a loyal Groupon user, I'm mostly satisfied with the platform. However, after noticing excessive charges on my account, I felt the need to review my Groupon purchases. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving these issues to my satisfaction.

I'm Lisa Doherty, and I purchased a Groupon for a stay at Microtel in York, Maine on January 18, [redacted]. I've used Groupon before and found it to be good! Last night, I tried using the code SAVE3 which I believe offered a 10% discount. However, upon reading the fine print, it seemed like there might have been another discount that required signing up for something ongoing, which I'm not interested in. My friend used the code and got the discount without signing up for anything. I'm confused about the two discounts on the same order. I bought a Groupon on October 29 for a 1-year subscription to "Ranger Rick Jr." I've followed your instructions multiple times, but I can't find the "Redeem Online" option after My Stuff. I've reached out to you previously, and was directed to contact Blue Dolphin. Unfortunately, the code doesn't work there, and they haven't responded to my two emails. I haven't received any responses from either of you. It seems the issue might be due to the lack of a provided link to Redeem Online. If this issue can't be resolved, I would like a $16 refund. I was browsing on the Groupon iPhone app and added a few items to my cart. I didn't finalize the purchase but noticed a $58.89 charge on my credit card the next day for a dog bed and a certificate for Get Air Trampoline Park. I was frustrated by the unexpected charge but found it challenging to reach out to Groupon for assistance. Then, on 12/11, I received another $23.89 charge on my card without any corresponding purchase shown in the app. I am perplexed by this charge and would appreciate clarification before I escalate the issue with my credit card company. I bought a Groupon for hair services in October, and I'm experiencing issues with scheduling and the service provider. I've tried to book an appointment with the lady, but she doesn't have availability when I am free due to work. Additionally, our interactions have been somewhat confrontational. Could I please request a refund to my PayPal account or receive Groupon credits? I'd like to try a different salon to get my hair done. I spoke to a representative on October 31 regarding my slipcover order. Instead of receiving a recliner cover, I was sent a cover for a chair. After contacting customer service and being assured a replacement would be sent, I have yet to receive the correct item. It is now December 11, and I am still waiting for the recliner cover. I followed the instructions given to send back the chair cover once I receive the correct one to resolve the issue. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for house cleaning services by Western Cleaners for my son on November 3, [redacted]. Even though I sent him the voucher, he hasn't used it yet. However, when I checked my available deals, it shows that the Groupon was redeemed on November 19, [redacted]. I attempted to contact Western Cleaners using the provided phone number on the voucher, but it seems to be out of service. I suspect this might be a scam originating from either Groupon or Western Cleaners. I've noticed I've been charged twice for a world map with pins I recently purchased. When ordering, I tried to update my card info, but the transaction did not complete, so I reordered the item, thinking it was only processed once. Checking the app, I discovered that two are being shipped when I only require one. I'm attempting to update my email address since I no longer have access to it and cannot recall the password. I have created a new account under a different email. I need assistance with an order related to the pass the parcel gift. I purchased a cabin bed through Groupon but only received the mattress. The delivery for the rest of the bed has been a mess. A DHL driver tried to deliver on December 4th, but I wasn't home, so I rescheduled for the 9th. However, there has been no update since. The tracking information initially said it would arrive on the 10th, then the 11th, and now the 12th. After contacting DHL, they couldn't locate the package and suggested I reach out to Groupon for redelivery. Can someone assist me? I bought a Quality discount for two pairs of monogrammed gloves in November 17. I have not received any updates despite making multiple calls and sending several emails to the company. The information provided by two different representatives contradicts each other - one said the item is out of stock while the other claimed it is being shipped. This happened within a span of two hours. I urgently needed the gloves for Christmas, but I am losing faith in this company. I am unsure who to trust anymore. I paid more than $20 for shipping, and it has been almost a month without any resolution. I would like a refund as I am beginning to doubt if my order will ever arrive.

I bought a Sam's Club membership on Groupon for $30, which included a 12-month membership, a free item, and a $35 eGift card. The voucher code I received isn't working, and it expires on January 1, [redacted]. I've contacted Sam's Club, and they told me to activate it in-store. When I went to the store, they directed me back to Groupon for activation. Despite providing my purchase details, I couldn't access the eGift card or free gift information. After a 20-minute chat with Sam's Club support, they couldn't activate the code and advised me to request a new one from Groupon. I'm reaching out for help to resolve this issue promptly. I encountered an issue during checkout indicating a problem with PayPal. Consequently, I reverted to using a credit card. Nevertheless, it seems this transaction may not have been successful, resulting in three times the intended order in your system.
