I made a laptop purchase, and received two conflicting emails about the transaction: one stating it failed due to incorrect card details, the other notifying me of shipment. I attempted to update my card information with no success on the portal. Subsequently, two more emails indicated transaction failures. On checking Groupon, I found duplicate orders for the same item: one with a delivery date and the other marked as shipped. Although I was billed once, I am concerned about a potential double order and repeated attempts to charge my card for the already dispatched laptop.

I would like assistance regarding a tattoo coupon purchased that is expiring on 31 Oct. I recently learned that Inks and Dreams tattoo shop no longer accepts the groupon deal. I was not informed of this change and have been reminded of the coupon's deadline. The shop advised me to contact groupon. I paid $[redacted] for a 2-hour session. While browsing Groupon, I added items to my cart but they didn’t show up. When I checked later, I saw I was charged for everything. I managed to cancel most items but couldn’t cancel the expensive one, which was shipped. I received no refunds for the cancelled items. Groupon hasn’t responded to resolve this. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for a Three-course Sunday roast for two at Salomons Estate, Tunbridge Wells. I made a reservation for yesterday at 2:30 pm using their online booking form, which was confirmed. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were turned away because they claimed there was no availability for Groupon guests that day, despite my reservation. This ruined my husband's birthday and caused a great deal of frustration. Several other couples were also affected by this issue. I am extremely disappointed by this mistake and the inconvenience caused.

This is my fifth attempt to address this issue. I am requesting a complete refund for the toothbrush I purchased through Groupon. I only wanted to see the total price with the discount code, but I received a call and got busy, forgetting to apply the code before inadvertently completing the purchase. I do not know which credit card was charged as I did not intend to input my payment information. Please refund the amount to the card that was charged. I am frustrated receiving automated responses with no human follow-up. This system is difficult to navigate. I am hesitant to make future purchases on Groupon after this experience. It has been a while since I last made a purchase. Kindly process the refund back to the card that was mistakenly used.

I attempted to redeem it on Saturday, October 19th, but keep getting an error message stating that Groupon is temporarily unavailable. This issue has persisted for four days. I attempted to redeem my Groupon voucher for One Eyebrow Threading or Waxing Session at Arch Brow Studio on October 26. Unfortunately, there seemed to be an issue with payment as the merchant couldn't find any record of it. However, I did receive an email confirmation from Groupon on October 24, stating the details of my purchase which included the voucher for the session. The email also mentioned the order number, redemption instructions, and other purchased items. I felt embarrassed by the misunderstanding and would appreciate it if the payment status could be corrected, and I need the voucher number to provide to the merchant. Thank you.

I purchased eight tickets priced at $15 each for a show. Upon arriving with my friends, we discovered that the show had been canceled. I promptly contacted Groupon via email to request a refund, but did not receive a response. Subsequently, I contacted my credit card company, which initiated contact with Groupon and set a deadline for a response. Groupon claims that I did not cancel the transaction within 24 hours, despite informing them about the show's cancellation. Initially, I received an email stating that my refund was being processed, but the communication vanished, and I have not received any further updates from Groupon.

A group of us purchased Groupons for an escape room during our vacation in Florida. Although I was able to use mine, my son's Groupon showed as pending for two days, preventing us from using it while we were there. Upon returning home, he attempted to obtain a refund yesterday, but the system only offered an option to trade it in. I recall that there is a 3-day window for refunds, and since it was still pending for two days, he was unable to make any changes earlier. I am a frequent user of Groupon, unlike my son who has only made one other purchase two years ago. A trade or Groupon credit would not be beneficial to him, especially since he is not in a position to lose $71.20. We intended to use the Groupon on Friday, but with it being pending, our attempts to cancel on Saturday proved futile. Despite trying again on Sunday and Monday, we were only presented with the trade-in option. Unfortunately, a live chat session got disconnected, and we were unable to resolve the issue.

I made a purchase on Groupon for a bed mattress priced at £[redacted].30, charged to my Visa on 24.10.19. I was informed via SMS at 9am today that delivery would be between 3.25pm and 5.25pm by XDP with reference Z3FFUK120245. The delivery has not arrived and it is now 6.25pm. Tracking the order only shows the 9am message. I tried emailing the delivery company through their website without success. I provided an incorrect email address during the order. The correct email is now included. My accurate mobile number has been receiving SMS updates. I am concerned about the missing delivery and would appreciate information on its status.

I was sent to a computer expert, then an IT specialist, and finally to a lawyer for assistance, but haven't received a resolution. I made a purchase using my bank account that is currently processing and is set for August 28. The payment was for a Groupon deal worth $1,[redacted].00 for a plastic surgery service. However, after visiting the doctor's office today, I discovered that the voucher is for an unreliable and subpar doctor. The information on the doctor's website linked through Groupon seems to be inaccurate. I am a senior citizen who recently lost my spouse, which is why I decided to try Groupon for the first time. I realized this issue within 24 hours of making the purchase, and I am requesting a refund to my bank account. Having been scammed before and involving the authorities, I am concerned that this may be another scam involving questionable doctors.

Regarding order #1[redacted]66-[redacted], I scheduled an appointment with Ashley R's Beauty Bar and received a reminder. Despite arriving 15 minutes early, the location was closed with the lights on and a sign indicating they were open. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called and was informed the owner had left to pick up her children and closed for the day without any verbal apology. I was offered an additional 1/2 hour teeth whitening as an apology, but when trying to reschedule, I was informed the offer was no longer available. Requested a refund from the owner who advised contacting Groupon as she hadn't redeemed it yet. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism, I seek a $39 refund and do not plan on returning for future services.

Dear Sir/Madam, I encountered issues using the vouchers I purchased. Despite receiving them later, I had already paid the full amount at Forest Dap Spa. When attempting to redeem two vouchers on 29/10/19, they were unusable, resulting in another walk-in payment. Although the vouchers are visible in my Groupon account, they are inaccessible when selected. Given these circumstances, I believe the vouchers are faulty based on my experience at Forest Day Spa. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Didi Darif Salon at [redacted] North Pershing Drive, Arlington, VA, [redacted]. They informed me that they no longer accept Groupons. I revisited my Groupon Deal and selected "Need Help with this Voucher." I received a message from Groupon stating they had canceled the deal and to contact them for assistance without providing instructions. The Order Number is: [redacted]. The Purchase Date was July 16, [redacted], with an expiration date of November 13, [redacted]. Even though I haven't redeemed the voucher, Groupon did not give proper guidance on how to contact them. Additionally, the payment method listed as PayPal is incorrect; I always use a CREDIT CARD for transactions. I'm requesting a refund to be credited back to my CREDIT CARD, not PayPal. I value our business relationship and hope for a prompt resolution to this issue.

I purchased an NCC online driving course through Groupon for $29. Despite receiving a code and a confirmation number, my attempt to apply the Groupon code on the NCC website failed, resulting in being charged the full course fee of $60. Now, I find myself having paid $90 in total - $60 for the course and $29 for the Groupon which was not honored. I've reached out to NCC, who advised me to contact Groupon. In addition, I have informed my credit card company about the issue. Unfortunately, calling the Groupon phone number only leads to a recording. I am requesting a refund of the $29 Groupon charge to be credited back to my account.

I recently attempted to make a purchase on Groupon after several years and encountered an issue. Unknowingly, the platform had retained an old credit card number, which they attempted to charge for my order instead of asking for my new card details. As a result, my order is now stuck in a state where it cannot be cancelled or edited. Even after updating my credit card information on Groupon, it seems impossible to modify the existing order to reflect the new payment method. Additionally, due to the item's limit, reordering is not an option either. The order was placed on October 23 and it involves banners from MailPix.

I purchased a whale watching voucher for five people via Groupon, which is set to expire on November 3, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the whale watching trips booked through Sunreef have been canceled twice due to unfavorable weather conditions. This time, I was informed that all whale watching trips for [redacted] have been called off. Since my voucher is nearing expiration and I won't be able to use it next year, I reached out to Sunreef for a refund, but they directed me to contact Groupon for assistance.
