The issue in GetHuman-dl_pierc's own words
I purchased a coupon for carpet cleaning. I scheduled the appointment for May *, **** between **:**am and **:**pm. The night before we moved everything outside because they said they would not move anything. I did not want anything in their way. On the morning of May * at *:**am I received a call from the carpet cleaning service. The lady indicated the guy in my area was not coming because his equipment was not working. I asked if I could get someone in the other area any time that day because everything was outside, I had to pay someone to help me put the things outside and I had taken the day off from work. After being on hold for some time she came back to the phone and said she would call me back. Well, that never happened. I called back twice and the voice mail was full. The message said it would take a SMS and send my phone number to them. No one still did not call me. I waited all day and mind you my things are still outside. I am so upset about the way I was treated. The next day, May *, I did not hear from her. I had to pay someone to help put my things back inside. At this point, I do not want to do business with them and I am requesting a refund in the amount of $** as soon as possible. I think this is a sham.
