I was trying to show the store my redeemed voucher. ... I purchased an order on February *, ****. AMF- One $** Arcade Game for $ **.** I tried to pull it up on my desktop computer. It would not show the purchase voucher. It told me to download the Groupon app and download it. I thought I would be able to redeem the voucher and present a copy to AMF. I saw on my that it was redeemed. When I went to AMF and to show it to them so I could use it. I couldn't pull it up in the apps store. I would like to to be able to use it because I have paid for it. I will have to go on a different day now. I didn't know that it wasn't supposed to be redeemed uni I was at the register. Also, how can I print it out without redeeming the purchase?
I could not pull up the voucher. I could not talk to a real person and it took forever to try and find it in my Groupon.
I would like to be able to use my purchase or be reimbursed or make another purchase without this hassel.
I have made purchases from Groupon before where orders came by mail with no problem.
I tried calling you with no success.
