This past week I attempted to purchase a groupon. It appeared the purchase was successful then I would get a message the purchase had been refunded. I chatted with someone and they said they were going to push it to a supervisor. I have heard nothing until today when i received an email that my account had been deactivated. Over a year ago I purchased a mattress and low profile box springs from groupon. The wrong product was delivered and I filed a complaint with my credit card company. In an apparent attempt to "get even" with me my account was deactivated at that time as well. Eventually the account was restored allowing me to not only make purchases but to get to the groupons I have already purchased and not used. As far as I know nothing came of the mattress complaint and groupon was paid for the purchase. I never received the correct item but I have moved on. What in **** is going on with a business that just shuts down their customer's access to their purchases? I want my account put back in place so I can retrieve my purchases. I am considering filing a complaint with the office of consumer affairs for the state of ga. I'm tired of being treated like a problem.
